1. Courier Services
This service consists of normal service for delivery within the same day, Urgent service for delivery within 3 – 4 hours or Super Urgent service for delivery within 1 – 2 hours to cater for the urgency of the documents as well as Night Courier service to meet your needs.
To provide a comprehensive solution to our customer’s courier needs, customers can choose to courier their documents / parcels by despatch service (motorbike) or van / lorry service (van / 14ft covered lorry)
2. Local Warehousing / Storage Services
This service includes daily update of warehouse inventory and In Stock / Out Stock details via e-mail, packing of product in accordance to customer’s requirements (if applicable) and distribution in accordance to recipient’s requirement.
3. Distribution & Redemption Centre Management
This service provides comprehensive solution to our customers running a promotion or giving away free gifts. With competitive rates to run and manage the entire gift redemption campaign, our customers no longer to operate their own redemption centre.
Our service also includes:
- Gift redemption hotline
- Customer service officers to attend to call-ins
- Record of call-ins and details of enquiries sent to customers daily via e-mail
- Warehouse storage (if required) and inventory update
- Delivery of redeemed items with acknowledgment slip duly signed & stamped

4. Night Courier Service
This service provides unique delivery time from 1800 hrs to 2300 hrs which includes acknowledgement slips and reporting to keep sender update on the delivery. All acknowledgment slips will be returned to sender before 1700 hrs the next working day. This service provides comprehensive solution for telegrams, WOS, bank and other legal documents. For this service, special rate will be given for daily or at least three days a week delivery with a minimum number of 10 locations per day.
5. Loading & Unloading of Container
This service provides manpower to our customers to load or unload to or from between containers and their warehouse.
6. Bulk Distribution
This service provides mass distribution to our customer’s branches / franchises.
Our service also includes:
- Delivery hotline number which operates from 0900 hrs to 1700 hours.
- Administrative support which includes issuing of stock codes, delivery reporting and feedback to customers.
7. Local Household & Office Move
This service provides manpower, packing materials and transportation for our customer’s household or office move.
8. Special Distribution
This service provides distribution of year end complementary such as diaries, calendars, hampers or any other corporate gifts.
Our service also includes:
- Liaising with your clients to confirm delivery schedule
- Delivery of items with acknowledgement slip duly signed
- Reporting to keep sender update on the delivery.
